Though Abigail has a fruitful and fulfilling career as an actress, her desire to be of service to others inspires her to share the power and applicability of acting techniques with everyone from students to professionals of the highest pedigree. 

-What’s the idea behind Abigail’s work?-

Put simply: we all perform our lives, and we all want to be successful. “Good acting” is being authentic in unreal circumstances, so it stands to reason that anyone can use acting techniques to “perform” more authentically. Actors rehearse in order to find truth in words they haven’t written, so it’s reasonable to assume that practicing our own words paired with increasing awareness of ourselves and our environments, enhances authenticity, engenders trust, increases confidence, and - most importantly - expands efficacy exponentially!
